Jennifer Chow Bevan
As a seasoned executive coach and facilitator, Jennifer partners with leaders to grow their leadership capabilities starting from the inside out – by helping leaders build self-awareness, challenge internal assumptions, experiment with new mindsets and behaviors, and create inclusive and high performing teams that thrive in complexity.
Jennifer has worked with hundreds of senior leaders across diverse industries working with them to scale their leadership capabilities as they scale their teams and businesses. Jennifer is committed to bringing a diversity, equity and inclusion lens to her coaching to help leaders build teams and cultures that foster trust, inclusivity, and psychological safety. Since 2015 Jennifer has co-facilitated Women LEAD, a senior women’s leadership program at Meta, Inc. and is a Guide & facilitator at Chief.com, a private network for senior women executives. She also is currently designing and piloting an AAPI women’s circle for Meta.
Jennifer’s business experience includes roles in investment banking at J.P. Morgan, management consulting at A.T. Kearney, and Bain & Co, and brand management at Neutrogena Corporation. Jennifer holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T., and an MBA from the Wharton School. She is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation. A native Bostonian, Jennifer lives in sunny Los Angeles with her husband and two teens and plays competitive league tennis as much as she can.

Hyeon-Ju is an executive coach and facilitator based in Los Angeles and elevating the work of leaders around the globe. She supports her clients to navigate the challenges and opportunities of leadership in a way that is authentic to them and grows from their unique voice and vision. Hyeon-Ju creates a space in which her clients can be honest, think and imagine freely, and be themselves — all necessary conditions for creating their best work.

Hyeon-Ju has a deep commitment to the empowerment of women leaders and leaders of color. For over a decade prior to her coaching career, she was a civil rights attorney and director of advocacy organizations focusing on racial equity, economic justice, and the rights of underrepresented groups. She began her career as a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division.
Scott Stabile
Scott Stabile is a public speaker and the author of the acclaimed motivational memoir, Big Love: The Power of Living with a Wide-Open Heart, and the inspirational art book, Just Love. He is also the creator of the hit Investigation Discovery series, I (Almost) Got Away With It. Scott has been featured for his vision and insights on numerous esteemed podcasts, radio and TV programs.
Scott has coached creatives, executives, and professionals of all types, and is known not only for his deep empathy and intuition but for the masterful way in which he guides clients to the root of an issue, as well as the power they hold to create the changes they want to see. He is as powerful a cheerleader as he is a catalyst for action.
Along with being a coach, he is a transformational breathwork facilitator and has taught personal empowerment workshops around the world, including at the renowned Omega Institute in New York, and the pioneering Canyon Ranch Retreat Center. Scott received his BA in English Literature from the University of Michigan and taught transcendentalist literature for U of M’s New England Literature Program.
Nathalie Trouillot
Nathalie Trouillot is an executive coach whose signature approach to modern embodied leadership incorporates a heart-centered and DEI&B focus that helps emerging and established leaders build meaningful change. Trouillot is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of experience as a changemaker at international, top-tier entertainment, sports, automotive, gaming and nonprofit organizations. She began her career at MTV Networks, where she advanced quickly to the position of Vice President of Affiliate Marketing. From there, she was tapped to become SVP of Affiliate Marketing for Disney and ESPN Media Networks. After nine years at Disney, Trouillot joined Sony as SVP of Global Marketing, SPT Networks, and was later promoted to the position of General Manager, LATAM Channels. She later served as CMO of Edmunds.com, where in less than 18 months she revitalized the brand and how car consumers research and buy cars. Most recently, she held the position of GM and CMO of video game payments company Xsolla. As she rose to the executive level, Trouillot put in the work to transform organizations and crystalize her modern, embodied leadership approach. She is passionate about sharing her lived experience and provides psychologically-safe, trauma-informed coaching. Nathalie Trouillot earned her BA at the New York Institute of Technology. She is an ICF certified coach.
