As Director of Candidate Development, Tiffany leads sourcing and assessment of candidates across our searches. She brings her unique management skills to our search, consulting and coaching practices. Her leadership ensures excellence in our execution, maximum efficiency and quality control across all projects. Tiffany holds a BA in Theater Studies from Emory University and a MA in Theater from Northwestern University.
