Lawrence, the firm has served clients across the spectrum of industries, including financial services, media and entertainment, museums and cultural institutions, major nonprofits, health care, technology, and Fortune 500 corporations.

That includes seasoned CEOs, first-time CEOs stepping into the seat for the first time, and C-suite leaders preparing for their next role. Our work is most differentiated when the stakes are high and the answers aren't obvious.

  • Executive coaching is a structured one-to-one relationship focused on developing the leader — their presence, decision-making, and effectiveness. C-suite advisory is broader and more strategic, addressing organizational management, team dynamics, board relationships, and business strategy alongside personal leadership. Most of our engagements blend both, with the balance shifting based on what the leader and the moment require.

  • Engagements run a minimum of 6 months, but many of our clients remain with us for several years as we work as trusted advisors. Often, we  combine confidential one-to-one work with the leader, structured assessment, and — when relevant — work with the leader's team or board. Every engagement is custom-designed around the leader's situation, role, and stage.

  • Engagements are priced based on scope, duration, and the seniority of the leader. While we don't publish standard rates, we would be happy to provide a proposal once we have an understanding of your unique needs.

Before founding the firm, she was a senior partner at Russell Reynolds Associates and General Manager of Fox Family Channel. She is sometimes confused with the country music artist of the same name — they are separate people.
